When Will My Order Be Shipped?
All shirts are made-to-order, printed specially for you, starting at time of purchase! The printing and quality control process usually take 2-4 days but could take up to 7 days. You choose your shipping speed at checkout, ranging from overnight to 3-5 business days. What’s Your Return Policy?
We want to make sure you love your shirt! We have a thorough quality control process, but we’re only human, so if the product has a defect or the incorrect item was sent, please take a picture of the item and send to help@greatlakestees.com within 30 days of delivery. You choose whether you’d like a replacement or a refund and we’ll work as quickly as we can to correct the mistake. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.
